noob… READ!
its for iphone.. not for htc touch!!
you’re soo noob
sept 19, 2009 @ 00:14:23
That’s great, but is it compatible with the iPod Touch? *grin*
sept 19, 2009 @ 10:06:22
Ha Ha! I think that Daniel is the one that can’t understand irony!
sept 19, 2009 @ 18:02:45
I think Daniel is one of the iPhone users that uses it because of it’s status.
sept 19, 2009 @ 19:16:31
Thanks for your creativity, this dock rocks!!
sept 19, 2009 @ 20:49:00
magnifique! c’est très simple mais très utilisable
sept 20, 2009 @ 03:22:42
I enjoyed this design, so elegant.
also daniel [not arechiga] is a prime example of Apple consumer, knowing very well that if an accessory is built for the product, it’s completely incompatible with everything else in existence, including seemingly identical products.
Really, this is an amazingly versatile little dock, I can hold my iphone, my sister’s enVtouch, my glasses, a flipbook, and almost holds up to daniel’s mom.
almost.
sept 20, 2009 @ 04:35:41
eso es genial
aparte porque no tienes que gastar por uno nuevo o de vidrio
puedes hacer este de (papel) y sin costarte nada
sept 20, 2009 @ 14:04:38
et il est mieux quand on fait avec des feuilles colorés
sry for my bad french xD
sept 21, 2009 @ 14:30:37

sept 21, 2009 @ 15:54:59
EXCELLENT!
sept 22, 2009 @ 05:02:50
Great dude, you rock!
sept 23, 2009 @ 11:01:45
Do you all have iphones made of air? I built this using heavy heavy paper and it still didn’t hold my iphone up. Too bad. I really liked the idea and the design.
sept 23, 2009 @ 14:19:57
@dissapointed Yeah, I think the type of paper is very important too. Good luck
sept 23, 2009 @ 16:08:34
Nice idea, and nice papercraft.
However, after using 260 g/m² cardpaper, the stand was unable to support my iPod Touch.
I suggest either using an even sturdier paper, or maybe reinforcing the stand back side (which is the weak point here) with one or two additional layers.
sept 24, 2009 @ 12:26:47
Beautiful idea. Simple, sustainable, cheap and the shape fits perfectly the « Apple image »
More stability can be obtained by:
1. Using at least 350g/m2 cartonboard. Unfortnunately you can’t use a photocopier to print the image anymore, but just draw the image on the cartonboard. It ‘ll take 10 min.
2. I made an adjustment to the drawing. I made the dock a bit wider, and a bit higher. Especially the height gives more support to the weight of the iPhone.
Perfect!
sept 25, 2009 @ 04:18:17
C’est Bon!
sept 25, 2009 @ 20:19:00
Congratulations!
sept 26, 2009 @ 07:04:33
really a elegant design.
thanks for posting.
sept 26, 2009 @ 13:14:30
Very nice idea. Made it first with 2-ply Bristol, didnt work. Then with 300gsm card. Works but only just, and the back still gives way, which is vey annoying. Maybe needs to be drawn a little bigger? Ill maybe give it a go in Illustator at some point.
Merci Beaucoup, de tout façon!
sept 26, 2009 @ 13:15:51
Also it needs to be plugged in for a bit of extra support..
sept 26, 2009 @ 22:41:46

sept 29, 2009 @ 01:39:06
Tried 300g paper first (the back gave in), then did it all over in really sturdy cardboard. Worked. Thanks a lot for the template!

Super ça à l’air nickel … le plus dur c’est de trouver cette feuille à 270 g/m. Pas moyen d’en trouver une dans mes bureaux
(
Et tout cas bravo pour ça et le design du pain …. et le site et tout et tout !
sept 29, 2009 @ 15:21:19

Really great!!! Thanks
oct 10, 2009 @ 23:21:36
If you cut the triangle bit at the end into a trapeziumshape and make it a bit longer, it would be able to support the back a bit better.
oct 11, 2009 @ 16:05:58
Just made mine, excellent work. Great stuff!
